WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN OUR MY SCHOOL COLOR RUN FUNDRAISING EVENT! The students of Douglas Primary, Douglas Elementary, Douglas Middle, & Douglas High School will walk, jog, and run their way toward a healthier life while raising funds for the Douglas PTO and Douglas Athletic Boosters Club. We're implementing a program called My School Color Run. The students of our schools will help us raise money for this event through their pledge sheets and our donor mailer program. If you've received a donor mailer you can donate directly online or you can send in your check (made out to Douglas PTO) to Douglas Elementary School, Attn: Gina Muscatell, 19 Davis St, Douglas MA 01516. At the end of our program we're going to celebrate with a color run! Each person who registers for this event will go through a 3.1 mile run where they are doused with color! We're also offering a Pre-School/Toddler run inside Soldier's Field. You have the option to purchase your toddler a t-shirt and color packet for $10. Offer ends 9/15/15. The color run is open to EVERYONE in the community and we encourage you to join us. My School Color Run Video Preview Date & Location Sunday, September 27th at Soldier’s Field 90 Mechanic Street, Douglas, MA 01516 Events 10:00-11:30am check in and registration 12:00pm run/walk begins! Registration Paper registrations are available upon request. Checks can be made payable to Douglas Elementary PTO. Douglas Students $25 Early Registration $30 Late Registration/After Aug. 1st $35 Non-Student Groups of 4+ $5 off per person Pre-School/Toddler Run FREE (you may purchase your toddler a t-shirt and powder packet for $10) The registration fee includes run/walk registration, individual color packet, race bib, and a My School Color Run T-shirt! *Excludes “Toddler Run” participants and ONLY guaranteed if you sign up before TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15th. You can purchase your toddler a t-shirt and powder packet for $10. Course The My School Color Run/Walk will feature a 1-mile and 3.1-mile route. Throughout the course participants will experience color splash zones where you will be doused in color. Be prepared to get wet. Time Limit The course will be set up for 2 hours. No timing is provided, if you’d like your time, please wear a watch. Pre/Post-Race A toddler run will be organized inside Soldier’s Field. We’ll also have a DJ and concessions will be sold during the event from 10am-3pm. Extra color packets are available for purchase!
